Analysis Dashboard
The partner dashboard gives you an overview of participants engagement with your staff and your profile page. The information is processed via an analytics framework and therefor is only available with a delay of 48h.
Information displayed on the dashboard
- Total visitors (main chart) – total of all clicks on the corresponding profile
(including staff visiting your profile – every visit is tracked) - Visitors sessions – Total of all clicks on the [Participate] button
of partner sessions - Planned video calls – total of the mutually agreed
1:1 video call appointments for all employees in the profile - Contacts / direct leads – Sum of personal leads
(Chat messages, 1-on-1 video calls) of all employees in the profile - Active Profile Leads – Number of all people who clicked the [Request more information] button

Dashboard vs. lead lists
Dashboard – Active profile leads: matches the number of leads in the downloadable partner profile lead lists
Dashboard – contacts / direct leads: corresponds to the number of leads in the employee lead lists

Dashboard – visitors event session: shows the number of clicks on the [Participate] button
(on the profile or in the session detail view; a visitor is counted several times if he clicks the button several times)

Dashboard – Total visitors (main chart): Clicks on partner (a visitor is counted several times if he clicks on partner several times)
