Speaker Profiles
Gone are the days of countless emails with information and files of your speakers. With talque you can easily create profiles for them. All you need is the first name, last name and email address of your speakers – and then you can get back to your core business: event planning.
The speakers are now able to take care of their data themselves: A simple file upload and automatic reminders support them in providing you and your visitors with all the information they need.
Any form of document can be added to the profile: Whether presentation, resume or a handout – the speaker makes all relevant content available for download in his profile.
Agenda items can also be assigned to the respective profiles. This way, the respective sessions are immediately linked to the right speaker.
Slot booking for exhibitors
Here, exhibitors as well as partners can put themselves in the spotlight by booking predefined agenda items.
The booked sessions can include various formats (live streams, round tables, webinars). After booking, exhibitors independently add information to their agenda items. Event organizers can view bookings in the talque admin area at any time.
Collaborative CMS
Easy collaboration with everyone contributing content to the event: Add all participating companies and speakers to the talque CMS and send them editing links for their profiles with just one click. From here on, everyone takes over – without sending a flood of mails with change requests to the organizers.
Here you can manage and configure everything related to your event: From custom tabs in the menu to smart speaker management and language. All changes and updates are synchronized live.
Working in a team? Thanks to our multi-user management, multiple administrators and editing permissions are possible.

Using the talque CMS, you can easily request technical requirements from your stakeholders using a form. The information can be viewed and downloaded in the admin interface.
Exhibitor registration form
With the customizable registration form you can select exhibitors at an early stage. You will be automatically informed about a new exhibitor request and can send automated invoices.
Registration free access
Via a link your visitors will easily get access to the event – without registering in talque. Now they have access to all functionalities except the contact options within talque.
