For 8 years now, we have been offering talque as a cloud-based event platform for efficient event management. Our solution enables our customers to plan and experience events such as trade fairs, congresses and conferences either digitally or in hybrid form. Currently, more than 300 customers in 18 countries worldwide rely on talque solutions.
Now, with your help, we need to professionally market talque nationally and internationally in order to generate a growth spurt! Our technology is so advanced and innovative that full market penetration seems to be only a matter of time.
YOUR TASKS AS A JUNIOR SALES MANAGER:
You take charge of new inbound leads and advise them on how to implement their events with the help of talque.
You analyze the customer’s requirements precisely and present talque’s customized solutions.
Starting with the preparation of the offer, you accompany the customer from the initial contact to the successful conclusion of the contract.
Until the smooth handover to our project management team you act as the central contact person for our customers.
Finally, you prepare customer information in such a way that our project management team can efficiently start the operational event implementation.
You establish sustainable relationships with our existing customers.
You contribute to the collection and analysis of key performance indicator-based successes and support the optimization of internal procedures and processes.
You identify potential event clients and approach them directly.
YOUR PROFILE:
Graduate and/or talented in Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management or Marketing.
You have a passion for sales and may already have some experience in sales and/or business development
Strong hands-on mentality
You have a very good technical understanding without necessarily being a nerd and are generally comfortable with technical platforms and software
You excel at professional communication and have strong analytical skills
You are able to inspire your customers and have mastered the art of keeping many balls in the air at the same time (especially event managers)
Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English; other language skills are an advantage
