Our latest release brings more clarity and the upload function

An optimized agenda view, a new menu bar and the long-desired file upload — we listened to you and Talque app Made a bit better. Our development team has been really hitting the keys over the last few weeks and we're excited to share our new features with you today.

Now even clearer: With our new presentation of the agenda, you always have everything in view. Taking into account the time schedule, the sessions are sorted by room — a timetable for your event, so to speak. You can navigate through this using horizontal and vertical scrolling. It is also easy to switch between the individual event days via the selection menu. In the admin area, you can also change the order of the rooms.

With just one click on the new button, you can now switch from the familiar list view to our new view. There, sessions are sorted by room and presented in tabular form for visitors over time. But don't worry: Fans of traditional presentation don't have to say goodbye to what they're used to — the familiar list presentation is retained.

So that event visitors also have the opportunity to switch to the new agenda view, the Admins asked: In the “Agenda Settings” section, they simply select both options for viewing.

Always up to date: integration of the time

The new agenda follows the time. This means that a bar indicates what is currently happening at the event. If a session is called up and closed again, you are back at the last selected position.

New document upload function for the personal profile

Whether it's a curriculum vitae, a project overview, another document. From now on, files can also be queried in the participant profiles and thus easily made available to the entire community. The desired file type, text and title for upload can be configured in advance by the event admin.

New main menu — advanced navigation

For a better overview, the main event menu has been moved to the second line. Events with lots of content in particular benefit from this. Since the entire menu ribbon automatically adapts to the screen size, visitors can find their way around more easily and have a better overview of the individual menu items. The result: an increase in visibility, especially of menu items that were previously hidden.

It is not necessary to activate or activate the new view.
