In <a href=\"https:\/\/web.talque.com\/en\/hybrid-events\/\">hybrid events<\/a>, participants can also schedule 1:1 video calls with on-site or virtual participants. Both 1:1 meetings and 1:1 video calls allow participants to contact partner staff easily.<\/p>\n<p>1:1 meetings can be applied in the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"lowkeylist\">\n<li>1:1 meetings for participants in a lounge<\/li>\n<li>1:1 meetings at reserved and numbered tables (networking tables)<\/li>\n<li>meetings with partner staff at dedicated tables (e.g. at the partner booth)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To configure 1:1 meetings, you need to<\/p>\n<ul class=\"lowkeylist\">\n<li>set up the meeting time in <strong><em>Admin &gt; Participant Meetings<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>set up meeting spots in <strong><em>Admin &gt; Meeting Spots<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>1:1 Meetings from a User Perspective<\/h2>\n<p>1:1 meetings can be used to contact company staff via the company profiles and to contact other participants via the participant list.<\/p>\n<div style=\"float: right; margin: 0 0 10px 20px; min-width: 350px; width: 40%;\">\n<div style=\"width: 720px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/web.talque.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/exhibitor-profile3.png\" alt=\"Meeting requests with team members - talque\" width=\"710\" height=\"797\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Meeting requests with team members &#8211; talque<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>On each company profile, a staff list can be found. Staff members can be contacted via the [Request Meeting] button. A similar button can be found on each participant profile on the <em><strong>Participants<\/strong><\/em> tab.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/web.talque.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/set-up-meeting.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"50%\" \/><\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><\/div>\n<p>After pressing the\u00a0<strong>[Request Meeting]<\/strong>\u00a0button, the meeting time can be selected from available meeting slots. Additionally, a message can be added before sending out the meeting request. If several time slots are suggested, the recipient may choose a suitable slot. The meeting will only be scheduled, once the recipient has confirmed it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"block-img\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.prismic.io\/talque\/fc69f365-8bcb-40b8-9ecd-a99488aa4579_meeting+request.jpg?auto=compress,format\" alt=\"\" width=\"914\" height=\"738\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>How to Set Up 1:1 Meetings<\/h2>\n<h3>How to Set Up Meeting Times<\/h3>\n<p>To set up the meeting times for virtual 1:1 meetings please go to\u00a0<strong><em>Admin &gt; Participant meetings &gt; Settings &gt; On-premise networking times<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and add the meeting times.<\/p>\n<p>These meetings times will affect all meetings planned via the [Request Meeting] button.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.prismic.io\/talque\/871e7679-d19a-403d-9cf1-b94c108da0a2_on+premise+networking+times.jpg\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Tip:<\/strong>\u00a0The onsite meeting times should only be during the physical event. Online meeting times can also include the day before and some days after the event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong>\u00a0The button\u00a0<strong>[Request Meeting]<\/strong>\u00a0on partner and participant profiles will only appear once you have scheduled meeting times. Make sure those meeting times are in the future.<\/p>\n<h3>How to Set Up Meeting Spots<\/h3>\n<p>Meeting spots can be areas like a coffee corner or a business lounge with a specific quantity of places (which are not numbered). Such meeting spots can be created as one cumulative entry.<\/p>\n<p>A low priority meeting spot can also be just a landmark where people can meet and then find a place to go elsewhere (like a sign &#8216;Meeting spot&#8217; or monument just outside the door).<\/p>\n<p>Meeting spots can also be numbered tables, e.g. in an networking area, a lounge for exclusive partners, or tables at an exhibitor booth &#8211; reserved for this exhibitor. These tables need to be created as one entry for each table. How to connect meeting spots with partner companies is shown below.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/web.talque.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/meeting_spots.png\" \/><\/p>\n<h6>Meeting spots<\/h6>\n<p>To set up meeting areas (e.g. a &#8216;Lounge&#8217;) or meeting tables (e.g. &#8216;Networking tables&#8217;) go to\u00a0<strong><em>Admin &gt; Meeting spots<\/em><\/strong>. Create an entry for each meeting spot.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 1113px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/web.talque.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/meeting_spot_lounge.jpg\" alt=\"Possibility to edit your meeting spot\" width=\"1103\" height=\"470\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Possibility to edit your meeting spot<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Please enter the following characteristics<br \/>\n<strong>Priority<\/strong> &#8211; defines the order, in which the meeting spots are booked based on availability<br \/>\n<strong>Limit <\/strong>&#8211; the number of parallel meetings possible in the room<br \/>\n<strong>Capacity<\/strong> &#8211; the number of persons the room or table fits (typically twice the limit)<br \/>\nLimit and capacity may be left void, for example for general meeting spots outside where people can to meet and find a place elsewhere.<\/p>\n<p>Attention: a <u>higher priority<\/u> number means the table or rooms is <u>booked first<\/u><\/p>\n<h6>Meeting spot times<\/h6>\n<p>Specific meeting spot times can be set, if the meeting spot is not always available during the times set in for on-site participant meetings in general.<br \/>\nTo define a specific availability click the [+] button at the bottom right and add one or several meeting times.<\/p>\n<h6>Meeting spots for partner companies<\/h6>\n<p>To reserve a meeting spot for one or several companies, click the [+] button at the bottom right, add one or several meeting times.
