You need to create a Slido account &#8211; a basic free or a paid account &#8211; and create a Slido event.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You integrate the participant mode screen of your Slido event into talque sessions. During the sessions it will appear in the talque side bar.<\/li>\n<li>You can integrate the present mode of your Slido event in your video conference or life stream to show the poll results.<\/li>\n<li>A basic Slido event can comprise a Q&amp;A session and several polls. During the event you can manage which poll is currently displayed from the Slido admin interface.<\/li>\n<li>Slido Q&amp;A sessions can also be moderated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The survey tool integration is an optional feature in talque.<\/p>\n<h3>How to integrate a Slido URL into talque<\/h3>\n<p>To integrate Slido in talque, please get the embed code of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/community.sli.do\/add-slido-into-your-website-or-app-68\/embed-your-slido-event-or-a-poll-into-a-website-408\">participant mode screen of your Slido event<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"lowkeylist\">\n<li>In your Slido event click on\u00a0<strong><em>Share &gt; Share link with participants<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0to copy the embed link.<\/li>\n<li>In talque go to\u00a0<strong><em>Admin &gt; Schedule\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>and open a session. Paste the URL in the field\u00a0<strong><em>Additional options\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>&gt;\u00a0<strong><em>Survey URL<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How to test Slido<\/h3>\n<p>The Slido UI will be displayed in the talque side bar. It is only\u00a0<strong>displayed during the session<\/strong>. So for testing the Slido integration please create a talque test session that is taking place at the current time<\/p>\n<h2>Advanced Slido Options<\/h2>\n<p>Above was shown how to link to your slido event. In this way participants can switch between polls and Q&amp;A section. During the event you can manage which poll is currently displayed from the admin interface.<\/p>\n<p>Alternatively you can also link to individual polls. If you have a professional or above Slido license, you can create multiple Slido rooms for your event that you can use for different sessions.<\/p>\n<h3>Slido default view: Q&amp;A or polls<\/h3>\n<p>You can change the appearance of a slido event in talque by adding the following extension to the URL :<\/p>\n<ul class=\"lowkeylist\">\n<li>add &#8220;\/live\/questions&#8221; for direct access to a Q&amp;A session<\/li>\n<li>add &#8220;\/live\/polls&#8221; for accessing a poll<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Direct access to specific polls<\/h3>\n<p>You can\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/community.sli.do\/live-polls-quizzes-and-surveys-55\/share-a-link-to-your-event-survey-or-poll-482\">link directly to specific polls<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Direct access to specific Slido rooms<\/h3>\n<p>If you have a professional or above Slido license, you can create multiple Slido rooms for your event that you can use for different sessions. For direct access to specific Slido rooms add\u00a0<strong><em>?section=ROOOMID<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0to your slido event link.<\/p>\n<p>To get the room ID, choose the desired room in the slido backend, hover over\u00a0<strong><em>Present mode\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>and select\u00a0<strong><em>Present\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>in a new tab. Copy the Present mode link in the address bar of your browser and paste it in a text editor. Copy everything from\u00a0<strong><em>?section=<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0onwards.
