Direct Calls

Description

Contact persons who are assigned to a company / content profile can be contacted via the company profile via direct video call. Contact persons can change their availability status at any time in the app or on the desktop in real time. When an incoming video call is accepted, both participants are immediately directed to a personal 1: 1 video call. Missed calls are shown in the chat with the respective person.
